Welcome to the Cache Valley Cup
Tournament Registration
July 11th - 14th, 2012
To register:
If you have a UYSA username and password - enter them at the left, then click on "tournament" to the right of your team name to apply.
If you do not have a UYSA username and password, please press the "Apply To Tournament" tab above.
The Cache Valley Cup Tournament will take place at the following Venues:
Black Hawk Park in Logan, UT
Mt. Logan Gibbons Park in Logan, UT
Mt. Logan Middle School, in Logan, UT
Cedar Ridge Middle School, in Hyde Park, UT
Sky View High School, in Smithfield, UT
Cost is: $400 for U9 - U11 teams and $475 for U12 - U19 teams.
Each team is guaranteed a minimum of 3 games. We will have t-shirts, tournament pins, all players and coaches.
Friday night, July 13th we will have a soccer carnival with soccer activities, a Team dinner (free for coaches and players) and our Annual Coach VS. Referee Match.
Registration deadline is June 22nd

All games will be played under FIFA Rules, modified by USYS / UYSA for youth competition
Eligible Players are those players whose names appear on the team's roster, not to exceed 18 players, (14 for U9 - U11) as signed by the club orr association registrar and presented at check-in.
Guest players - U9-U11 may have three (3) guest players. U12 - U19 may have up to five (5) guest players.
No amendments to the team roster will be allowed after check-in.
There will be no Dual Rostering during the tournament.
No Team Travel Roster, No Play. No exceptions.
No team will be scheduling until payment is received. If a team withdras after the schedule is published, no money will be refunded. Word will be sent to all other Tournament Directors in the team's state of origin regarding any team who drops out at the last minute.
